Connect Zoho CRM in a few minutes

    Connect Zoho CRM

    Go to Settings, then Integrations, and sign in with Zoho CRM. No API keys.

    Pick it on a form

    Open the form's Sync tab, add Zoho CRM and match each question to a field.

    Publish

    New fills go to Zoho CRM as they come in, and the sync log shows each one.

Which plan has the Zoho CRM integration?

Starter and up, from $15/seat/month. On Free, fills can go out by webhook or CSV.

Does it make duplicate leads?

No. Claritia looks for the email in Zoho CRM first, so the same person is one lead.

What does Claritia send to Zoho CRM?

The fields you map in the form's Sync tab, like name, email, phone and company. Each fill in Claritia links to its lead.

What happens if Zoho CRM is down?

Every fill is saved in Claritia first. The send to Zoho CRM tries again on its own, and you can send it again from the sync log.
