Connect Close in a few minutes

    Connect Close

    Go to Settings, then Integrations, and paste your Close API key.

  2. 02

    Pick it on a form

    Open the form's Sync tab, add Close and match each question to a field.

    Publish

    New fills go to Close as they come in, and the sync log shows each one.

Which plan has the Close integration?

Starter and up, from $15/seat/month. On Free, fills can go out by webhook or CSV.

Does it make duplicate leads?

No. Claritia looks for the email in Close first, so the same person is one lead.

What does Claritia send to Close?

The fields you map in the form's Sync tab, like name, email, phone and company. Each fill in Claritia links to its lead.

What happens if Close is down?

Every fill is saved in Claritia first. The send to Close tries again on its own, and you can send it again from the sync log.
