Workflows

What you can do with Zoom

Tags show the plan a workflow starts on.

A link for each meeting

Each booking makes a new Zoom meeting on the host's own account.

On the invite

The join link goes on the calendar event and the guest's invite.

Google or Outlook

Zoom works with either calendar. Pick Zoom as the location on any meeting type.

Team meetings

Pro

In a round robin, the Zoom meeting is made on the account of the person who gets the lead.

Never two links

If a step has to run again, Claritia reuses the Zoom meeting it already made.

Reminders built in

Confirmations go out at once, then reminders a day and an hour before.

Each booking now gets its own Zoom meeting and link.
