Connect Freshsales
Go to Settings, then Integrations, and paste your Freshsales address and API key.

Pick it on a form
Open the form's Sync tab, add Freshsales and match each question to a field.

Which plan has the Freshsales integration?
Starter and up, from $15/seat/month. On Free, fills can go out by webhook or CSV.
Does it make duplicate contacts?
No. Claritia looks for the email in Freshsales first, so the same person is one contact.
What does Claritia send to Freshsales?
The fields you map in the form's Sync tab, like name, email, phone and company. Each fill in Claritia links to its contact.
What happens if Freshsales is down?
Every fill is saved in Claritia first. The send to Freshsales tries again on its own, and you can send it again from the sync log.
