Go to Settings, then Integrations, and paste your Copper API key and email.

Open the form's Sync tab, add Copper and match each question to a field.

Which plan has the Copper integration?
Starter and up, from $15/seat/month. On Free, fills can go out by webhook or CSV.
Does it make duplicate persons?
No. Claritia looks for the email in Copper first, so the same person is one person.
What does Claritia send to Copper?
The fields you map in the form's Sync tab, like name, email, phone and company. Each fill in Claritia links to its person.
What happens if Copper is down?
Every fill is saved in Claritia first. The send to Copper tries again on its own, and you can send it again from the sync log.
