How it works

Connect PostHog in a few minutes

    Connect PostHog

    Go to Settings, then Integrations, and paste your PostHog project API key.

  2. 02

    Turn it on for a form

    Open the form's Sync tab and add PostHog.

  3. 03

    Publish

    Each fill shows up in PostHog as a Form Submitted event.
